Before you guess who wins, consider the Veyron is a 16-cylinder car, that costs a little more then your average M3, at $US1.4 Million. Plus it does output almost 600 HP more than the BMW, so on paper shouldn’t it win? Well it does so stop guessing. Check out the video at YouTube.

For the lucky people old there who are in the market for a new car (which means they at least have a little money), then if you wait a few extra months (early 2008 for the lucky people in the US) the new BMW 1-series convertible could be a nice little weekender. The new convertibles from BMW will come in 2 flavours, the first being a 215 HP 128i and the second being the 306 HP 135i. I could go further into how hawt they are, and how many little features they have added, but the Autoblog article has the original press release.

I’ve been out of the loop to long to comment much on the X series of BMW’s, but I would guess that the X6 is a bigger brother (or sister) to the X5. The guys over at Jalopnik have some sweet shots of the new model. I recommend going over and having a drool at a car you will probably never afford (because you spend all day reading blogs).
